CorrS.gan, doing business as Van-Cor r.nterprises, v:IiEREAS, Nebma is the owner of certain real property situated in Halt County, tebraska, rsore particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto, and TrTHEREAS, flan-Cor Enterprises is the lessee by assignments under a ground lease dated June 7, 1963, by Laurence Krug and :;aomi Krug to tdallace L. Mitchell, xenneth F7. xo11 and Charles ~i. Gorham, which is recorded in the F.egister of Leeds Office of Mali County, Nebraska, in Book 14, Page 127, and pertains to ~.ertain real property situated in Ball County, °3ebraska, more particularly described in Exhibit B attached hereto, and StHEREAS, Van-Cor Enterprises has subleased a portion of sand greniises tc Texaco, inc. under lease of ~vovember 7, 3972 and a portion to Colony Kitchens, Inc., now Colony r^oods, Inc. under lease of September 1, 19.72, and WHEREAS, it is desired by the parties hereto to share in the construction, use and maintenance of a sewage treatment plant to be constructed an the land of Nebma, N©i^~, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants of the parties hereinafter ~srovided, the patties agree as follows: 1.
