<br />41'rIEREAS, aursuant to the Contract, a certain deed was given dated May25, 1977
<br />and recorded as document No. 77-Dc~338U in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska and said deed was subject to the
<br />covenants, renditions and restrictions contained in said Contract, and
<br />rdIIEREAS, the said contract provides that caper: completion of the {construction}
<br />of the improvements the Authority will furnish the purchaser with
<br />a certificate of completion, and
<br />~'«HEREAS, the purchaser has sample*_ed the ~canstruction} (~ly§~~ey~} of
<br />tlxe improvements railed for in said contract, and
<br />`riEtEREAS, THE CU~'E~tLNITY DEVE3.UPAiENT AGENCY, of the City of Grand Island,
