<br />cleaning rigs, maintenance, exclusion of vermin or insects,
<br />removal of dust, refuse ar garbage and all other equipment

<br />tables, chairs, planters, desks, sofas, shelves, lockers :
<br />and cabinets}, wa11 beds, wall safes, furnishings appliances

<br />other floor coverings, draperies and drapery rods and larackets,

<br />made for the taking by eminent domain, or by any graceedZng

<br />Property or other collateral described herein, including
<br />without limitation any awards resulting from a change of
<br />grade of streets and awards for severance damages; and ail
<br />rents, issues, profits. royalties, income and tither benefits
<br />derived fram the property described an Exhibit "B" hereinafter
<br />given to Debtor to collect and apply such rents; and all
<br />leasehold estate, right, title and interest of Debtor in and to
<br />-all leases or subleases covering the property described on

<br />or entered into, and all right, title and interest of Debtor
<br />thereunder, including, without limitation, all cash or security
