<br />Re: Lot Fourteen- (}4}, Block Four (4), in
<br />Ashton Place, an Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />B. J, CUNNINGHAM, JR., being first duly sworn on oath, de-
<br />poses and says that he was the attorney for Jae C. TePoel, now deceased,
<br />who was the oower of Lot Fourteen (14} in Block five (5), in Ashton
<br />Place, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />for more than fifty (50) years prior to the date of his death on the
<br />24th day of September, 1978.
<br />That the said Joe C. TePoel contracted to sell lot Four-
<br />teen (14), Block Five (5}, in Ashton Place, an Additiott to the City
<br />of Grand island, Hail County, Nebraska, to Mildred L. Huggard, but --
<br />that prior to completion of said sale he became physically incapaci-
<br />tated and executed a Power of Attorney granting to the said B. J.
<br />Cunningham, Jr. and William A. Francis the power and authority to
<br />complete said sale and execute a deed of conveyance.
<br />That the Power of Attorney and Warranty Deed conveying
<br />said pro arty both erroneously described the property as Lot Four-
<br />teen (14g, Block Four (4), in Ashton Place, an Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hail County, Nebraska, when in truth and in fact the
<br />property subject to the Power of Attorney and which was to be conveyed
<br />was Lot Fourteen (14}, Block Five (5), Ashton Place, an Addition to
<br />the Gity of Grand Island, Ha71 County, Nebraska.
<br />Th=` a Corrective Deed by the terms of which said erroneous

<br />veying the property owned by Joe C. TePoel to the purchaser, Mildred
<br />L. Huggard.
<br />That Affiant has caused to be prepared and recorded a
<br />Quitclaim Deed conveying al} of said Mildred L. Huggard's interest
<br />in and to Lot Fourteen (l4}, in Bieck Four (4}, in Ashton Place, an
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall Gaunty, Nebraska, to the
<br />present record title owner thereof and that this Affidavit is made
<br />in order to correct the record and c}arify the matter with reference
<br />to said erroneous description. /""~
