<br />That Frederick H. Bosselman and Maxine Bosselcr~n, his wife, of grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, for good and valuable consideration, not herein receipted

<br />The intention being to convey hereby an absolute title in fee simple, including

<br />To have and to hold the premises above described, with ail the appurtenances
<br />thereunto belonging, unto the said mortgagee and to its assigns forever; pro-
<br />vided, that whereas the mortgagors herein are guarantors for a Promissory Note of
<br />even date hereof from Bosselman, Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, as maker of said
<br />Hate, wherein the mortgagee herein is the payee in said Promissory Note, and
<br />WHEREAS, the msrtgagee`s herein are parties to a tri-party agreement executed by
<br />mortgagors herein; by the mortgagee herein and by said Bosselman, Inc., and
<br />WHEREAS, this mortgage is security for performance of all of the terms and con-
<br />ditions of said Promissory Nate and said tri-party agreement,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, these presents are upon the express condition that if the said
<br />Bosselman, Inc. shall pay or cause to be paid to the said mortgagee or its assigns
<br />the principal sum of Eight Hundred Thousand Ooliars {$SOO,OOO,OO} payable in accord-
<br />ance with the terms and conditions of the Promissory Note of said Bosselman, Inc.
<br />of even date hereof payable to the order of said mortgagee, with interest according
<br />to the tenure and effect of the written Promissory Note of said Bosselman, Inc.
<br />bearing even-date with these presents and shall pay all taxes-and assess2r~nt~ levies

<br />IT IS FUttTHER AfiRE,ED that if said Bosselman, Inc. or mortgagors herein shall fail
<br />to pay taxes or procure insurance on the improvements, as required by the terms {
<br />of the trigparty agreement of-:the-parties hereto oi' even date herewith, that the
<br />said mortga°gee, or its assisjsrs, may pay such taxes and procure such insurance; and
<br />the-sum so advanced with ir,'terest as provided in the tri-party agreement referred
