<br />instruments, agreements and documents, whether now nr hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Indebtedness,
<br />Rents. The word "Rents" means all present and future rants, revenues, income, issues, royalties, profits, and other benefits derived

<br />Trustee. Tha word "Trustee" means Five Points Bank, whose address is P.O Box 1507, Grand Island, NE 88802-1507 and any
<br />substitute or successor trustees.
<br />Trustor. The word "Trustor" means RAYMOND T CUMMINGS II and CHRISTINA A CUMMINGS.
