Ahlschwede, Attorney at Law, Trustee, (Duane A. Burns, Attorney <br />at Law, Substitute Trustee), for the benefit of Grand Island Area Habitat for Humanity, Inc. as <br />Beneficiary, dated March 1, 2002, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200203373 on March 28, 2002, has been satisfied, and <br />the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and <br />delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, <br />the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and <br />claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following: <br />Lot Four (4), Block Eighteen (18), Lambert's Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />DATED: January ~, 2010 <br />/L./ <br />.~~'/~~ <br />Duane A.
