<br />YOU ARE HERESY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed
<br />March 30, 2007, by CARLOS I. CABELLO and TIMAREE S. CABELLO, husband and wife,
<br />Trustors, in favor of FIVE POINTS BANK, as Beneficiary, and U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY,
<br />NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Trustee, and which was filed for record on April 2, 2007, as
<br />Instrument No.2007-02569, of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust
<br />was assigned by the original Beneficiary, FIVE POINTS BANK to U.S. BANK, N.A., by virtue of
<br />an Assignment dated March 30, 2007, and filed far record on Apri12, 2007, as lnstrument No. 2007-
<br />02570 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES has been
<br />appointed as Successor Trustee, replacing U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL
<br />ASSOCIATION, by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the Register of Deeds
<br />Office of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:
<br />LOT ONE (1 ), 1N BLOCK ONE (1), IN CAFITAL HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,
<br />GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska statute § 76-1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
<br />to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76-1012.
