CABELLO and TIMAREE S. GREGORY L. GALLES has been <br />appointed as Successor Trustee, replacing U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL <br />ASSOCIATION, by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the Register of Deeds <br />Office of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows: <br />LOT ONE (1 ), 1N BLOCK ONE (1), IN CAFITAL HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the installment <br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Successor Trustee, <br />GREGORY L.
