Phelps and <br />Karen A. Phelps, Husband and Wife, as the Trustors, in which The Equitable Building and Loan <br />Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Federal Savings Bank, is named Beneficiary, and <br />Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, is Successor Trustee, and filed for record in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall Caunty, Nebraska, on February 16, 1994, as Instrument No. 94- <br />101378, and contains as trust property the following-described real estate: <br />LOT FIVE (S) PLEASANT VIEW 10TH SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, as well as all replacements <br />and additions, which were referred to in that Deed of Trust as the "Property", hereby gives notice <br />of default of said Trustors for the reason that said Trustors have failed to make the payments of <br />principal and interest due in respect to the Nate secured by that Deed rus <br />B. <br />Arend R.
