Brockman, Trustees of the Brockman Family Trust, dated August 25, 2005, as <br />authorized by the terms of said trust, GRANTORS, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable <br />consideration, received from Delores F. Lammers, GRANTEE, convey and release to GRANTEE all of <br />GRANTORS' undivided interest in the fallowing described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
