<br />			  	1.  Substitution of Trustee.  Equitable Bank,  of P.O.  Box  160,  Grand Island,
<br />		 	NE 68802,  is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the  Deed of Trust executed
<br />		 	by L & P INVESTMENTS, L.L.C.,  as Trustor,  in which EQUITABLE BANK,  FKA
<br />		 	EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND,  is named as the
<br />		 	Beneficiary and Earl D.  Ahlschwede, Attorney,  as Trustee,  dated JANUARY 16, 2002,
<br />		 	and recorded JANUARY 16, 2002,  in the Office of the  Register of Deeds of HALL County,
<br />		 	Nebraska as Instrument No.  200200621 regarding the real estate described in
<br />		 	paragraph 3 below.

<br />			  	2.  Deed of Reconveyance.  The indebtedness  secured by the  Deed of Trust
<br />		 	executed by L & P INVESTMENTS, L.L.C.,  as trustor,  to  Earl D.  Ahlschwede,  Attorney,  as
<br />		 	'T'rustee,  for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK,  FKA EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br />		 	BANK OF GRAND ISLAND as Beneficiary, dated JANUARY 16, 2002,  and recorded in the
<br />		 	office of the  Register of Deeds of HALL County,  Nebraska as  Document No.  200200621,
<br />		 	has been paid,  and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />		 	Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />
<br />			  	In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />		 	Beneficiary,  the  Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />		 	all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee'pursuant to  the  Deed
<br />		 	of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3  below.
