Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br /> executed by Richard L 8ok and Joann A 8ok, Husband and wife, as tustor, to Earl D. <br /> Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Bank fka The Equitable <br /> Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal Savings Bank as <br /> Beneficiary, dated July 31, 1998, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br /> County, Nebraska as Document No. 98-107507, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has <br /> requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as <br /> confirmed by its endorsement below. <br /> <br /> In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br /> Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br /> all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br /> of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br /> <br /> 3.
