<br />					SUBSTITUTION OF TRUSTEE AND DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />
<br />			 	1.  Substitution of Trustee.  Equitable Bank,  of P.O.  Box  160,  Grand Island,
<br />			NE 68802,  is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the  Deed of Trust executed
<br />			by Richard L 8ok and Joann A 8ok, Husband and Wife,  as Trustor,  in which Equitable Bank,
<br />			fka The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island,  Nebraska, A Federal
<br />			Savings Bank,  is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney,  as
<br />			Trustee,  dated July 31,  1998,  and recorded August 3,  1998,  in the Office of the Register
<br />			of Deeds of Hall County,  Nebraska as Instrument No.  98-107507 regarding the real
<br />			estate described in paragraph 3  below.
<br />			 	2.  Deed of Reconveyance.  The indebtedness  secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />			executed by Richard L 8ok and Joann A 8ok, Husband and wife,  as tustor,  to Earl D.
<br />			Ahlschwede, Attorney,  as Trustee,  for the benefit of Equitable Bank fka The Equitable
<br />			Building and Loan Association of Grand Island,  Nebraska, A Federal Savings Bank as
<br />			Beneficiary, dated July 31,  1998,  and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />			County,  Nebraska as Document No.  98-107507,  has been paid,  and the Beneficiary has
<br />			requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />			confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />
<br />			 	In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />			Beneficiary,  the  Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />			all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed
<br />			of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
