<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured b the Deed of Trust executed b ~"

<br />Timothy Ryan Enck and Sara Jane Enck, husband and wife, Trustor, to Pathway G
<br />Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated March
<br />7, 2008 in which Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said
<br />Deed of Trust being recorded April 14, 2008 as Instrument Number 2008-03092 of the
<br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of
<br />$80,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that
<br />this Deed of Recanveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisians.of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />ar persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally
<br />described as follow:
