<br />Damon T. Bahensky, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
<br />1. That the Affiant is well acquainted with Steven A. Senseney, one of the two successor
<br />cotrustees of the Arthur N. Senseney Revocable Trust dated January 26, 1999, as identified in an
<br />Affidavit Regarding Trust dated May 25, 2006, and retarded on July 26, 2006, as Instrument No.
<br />0200606639 in the Office ofthe Register of Deed of Hall County, Nebraska, and the Aftiant is well
<br />acquainted with Steven A. Senseney, one of the two successor catrustees of the June F, Senseney
<br />Revocable Trust dated January 26, 1999, as identified in an Affidavit Regarding Trust dated May 25,
<br />2006, and recorded on July 26, 2006, as Instrument No, 0200606640 in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />2. That the Affiant is well acquainted with Steve A. Senseney, one of two Successor
<br />Cotrustees under the Arthur N. Senseney Revocable Trust dated January 26, 1999, and identified as
<br />GRANTORS, and with Steve A. Senseney, one of two Catrustees of the Arthur N. Senseney Trust
<br />"A", and identified as GRANTEES, on a Cotrustees' Deed dated December 3, 2009, and recorded
<br />on December 18, 2009, as Instrument No. 0200909942 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, that conveys the following described real property:
<br />An undivided one-half ('/Z) interest in and to the Northwest Quarter of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (NW'/4SW1/4) of Section 32, Township 11 North, Range
<br />11 West of the. ~a±h P.M.~ Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />An undivided one-half (1/Z) interest in and to the following: The Southwest
<br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SWl/aSE'/a), the Southeast Quarter of
<br />the Southwest Quarter (SEl/4SW'/4), and the Northeast Quarter of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (NE'/4SE~/4) of Section 7, Township 9 North, Range 11
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT 29.2 acres deeded
<br />to Roberts Construction Company, book 138, page 297 of Deeds, at the
