Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Included in the purchase are all tight fixtures and equipment permanently attached to <br />aforementioned premises. <br />This land contract is entered into on this 7th day of May, 2007 Seller agrees to carry the <br />land contract not more than 10 years. <br />Subject, however, and on condition that the seller thereof has good, valid and marketable <br />title to enter into the land contract, and said seller agrees to convey title to said property <br />upon which time the purchaser have obtained final financing.
