Connick, Attorney at Law, Trustee under a certain Deed of <br />Trust dated July 25, 2007, wherein Lori Rodriguez, a single person, is the Trustor, which was ~, <br />filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds Hall County, Nebraska on July 27, 2007 as <br />Instrument No. 0200706392 and contains as trust property, the following-described real estate: <br />Lot Two (2), Block Forty (40), in Russell Wheeler's Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and <br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property", hereby gives <br />notice of default of said Trustor for the reason that the said Trustor has failed to make the <br />payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated July 2S, 2007, owing <br />from Trustor to the Beneficiary, COMPETITIVE MORTGAGE, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, <br />pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed referred to above which secure this obligation. <br />Brandon S.
