200910043 <br />"Construction Fund" the Construction and Acquisition Fund established with the <br />Trustee under the terms of Section I of Article VI of this Second Supplemental Trust Indenture <br />and Security Agreement. <br />"Underwriter" - Ameritas Investment Corp., in its capacity as original purchaser of the <br />20090 Bonds. <br />ARTICLE II <br />ISSUANCE AND EXECUTION OF BONDS <br />Section 1. 20090 Bands in the aggregate principal amount of Two Million Five Hundred <br />Forty-five Thousand Dollars ($2,545,000) shall be issued by the Corporation as soon as practicable on or <br />following the date of execution of this Second Supplemental Trust Indenture and Security Agreement and the <br />net principal proceeds thereof shall be delivered to the Trustee and deposited to the Construction Fund and <br />applied to costs of the Project as provided in this Second Supplemental Trust Indenture and Security <br />Agreement. <br />Section 2. The date of original issue for the 20090 Bonds shall be the date of delivery thereof. Interest <br />on the 20090 Bonds, at the respective rates for each maturity, shall be payable semiannually on March 1 and <br />March 1 of each year commencing on March 1, 2010 (each of said dates an "Interest Payment Date") and the <br />20090 Bonds shall bear such interest from the date of original issue or the most recent Interest Payment Date, <br />whichever is later.
