<br /> THIS QUITCLAIM DEED, made this A day of December, 2009, between George D.
<br /> Buettner and Loreli Buettner, husband and wife, ("Grantors"), and Deutsche Bank National Trust Company
<br /> as trustee for the benefit of the Cet-tificateholders of Popular ABS, Inc. Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates
<br /> Series 2007-A, ("Grantee"), (the terms Grantor and Grantee to include their respective heirs and assigns
