HOLLISTER <br />REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JANUARY 29, 2003, GRANTOR, conveys <br />and releases to MARY GWEN HOLLISTER, TRUSTEE OF THE KENNETH J. HOLLISTER <br />FAMILY TRUST CREATED PURSUANT TO ARTICLE VIII, PARAGRAPH B. OF THE <br />KENNETH J. HOLLISTER REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT DATED JANUARY 29, <br />2003, GRANTEE, all of GRANTOR'S interest in the following-described real estate (as defined in <br />Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76-201): <br />The East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E%ZNW'/4) and the West Half of the <br />Northeast Quarter (W'/zNEt/a) in Section Eleven (11), Township Nine (9) North, <br />Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; <br />Undivided one-half (1/2) interest in the North Half of the Northwest Quarter <br />(N%ZNW'/a) of Section Thirty-Two (32), Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) <br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; <br />Undivided one-half (1/2) interest in the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Eleven <br />(11), Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Ha11 County, <br />Nebraska, except Lot One (1), Hollister's Hilltop Subdivision, Hall County, <br />Nebraska; and <br />Undivided one-half (1/2) interest in a tract of land comprising a part of the <br />Southwest Quarter (SWl/a) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Nine (9) North, <br />Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly <br />described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said Section Fourteen <br />(14); thence northerly along the west line of said Section Fourteen (14), a distance of <br />Two Thousand Six Hundred Forty-One and Sixty-Five Hundredths (2,641.65) feet to <br />the northwest corner of said Southwest Quarter (SW`/a); thence easterly along the <br />north line of said Southwest Quarter (SW'/4), a distance of Two Thousand Six <br />Hundred Forty-Three and One Hundredths (2,643.01) feet to the northeast corner of <br />said Southwest Quarter (SW'/a); thence southerly along the east line of said <br />Southwest Quarter (SW'/a) a distance of One Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy- <br />Three and Eighty-Five Hundredths (1,773.85) feet; thence deflecting right 35°38'37" <br />and running southwesterly, a distance of One Thousand Fifty-Five and Sixty-Four <br />Hundredths (1,055.64) feet to the south line of Section Fourteen (14); thence <br />westerly along the south line of said Section Fourteen (14), a distance of Two <br />Thousand Twenty-Eight and Three Hundredths (2,028.03) feet to the place of <br />beginning and containing 153.984 acres more or less of which 3.520 acres more or <br />less are presently occupied by county road right of way. <br />
