Schleicher, an unmarried <br />person, Grantor, whether one ar mare, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable <br />cansideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey <br />and confirm unto Andrea J. Poltack and Alice J.
