<br />COTRUSTEES' DEED
<br />David A. Senseney and Steve A. Senseney, Cotrustees under the Arthur N. Senseney
<br />Revocable 'T'rust dated January 26, 1999, GRANTORS, in consideration of the transfer to the
<br />beneficiary of the trust, conveys to GRANTEES, David A. Senseney and Steve A. Senseney,

<br />An undivided one-half (1/Z) interest in and to the following: The Southwest
<br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SW'/eSEI/4), the Southeast Quarter of
<br />the Southwest Quarter (SE'/4SW1/4), and the Northeast Quarter of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (NEl/4SE1/4) of Section 7, Township 9 North, Range 11
<br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT 29.2 acres deeded
<br />to Roberts Construction Company, book 138, page 297 of Deeds, at the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, and EXCEPT that
<br />portion deeded to the State of Nebraska, in book 9, page 289, and in book
<br />154, page 238 of said records of 38.31 acres, and EXCEPT 11.95 acres
<br />deeded to Joseph Lilley and Charles Babel, as recorded in book 159, page
<br />11 and book 171, page 584 of said retards; and the Southeast Quarter
<br />(SE'/4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE'/4) of Section 7, Township 9 North,
<br />Range 11 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />An undivided one-half (~/Z) interest in and to the West Half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter .(Wx/~SW~/4) and the Northeast Quarter of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (NEl/4SW'/4), all in Section 23, Township 11 North,
<br />Range 12 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT a tract
<br />of land legally described as Lot One (1), Roth Subdivision, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />An undivided one-half (1/Z) interest in and to the Northeast Quarter of the
<br />Southeast Quarter (NE'/4SE1/4) of Section 31, Township 11 North, Range
<br />11 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />An undivided one-half (~/Z) interest in and to the East Half of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (E'/ZSWI/4) of Section 28, Township 11 North, Range l1. West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT a tract of land legally
<br />described as Lot One (1), Sunset Estates Subdivision, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />GRANTORS covenant with GRANTEES that GRANTORS:
<br />(1) are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances
<br />except easements, covenants and restrictions of record;
<br />(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and
<br />(3) warrant and will defend title to the real estate against any acts of the
<br />GRANTOR.
