<br />The undersigned, being the Successor Trustee under a Trust Deed filed far record on September
<br />24, 2008, as Document number 200808157 in the records of Hall County, Nebraska, by BRIAN O'HALLORAN, A
<br />SINGLE MAN AND ABBY KOSLEY AKA ABBY C KOSLEY, A SINGLE WOMAN, as Trustors, in which
<br />MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., is named as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice
<br />that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, and the nature of
<br />such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they became due. You are hereby notified that
<br />because of such default, the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated and as of July 1, 2009, is in the
<br />amount of $96,515.85, plus interest thereafter. You are further notified that because of such default, the undersigned
