<br />Kanow All Men by These Presenta'That Whereas Unifund CCR Partners recovered a
<br />judgment against dose Betancourt in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 30ei day
<br />p of December, 200$ which was on the 2"~ day of February, 20p9, duly transcribed to and filed in
<br />i }.
<br />~ the office of the Clerk of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska and afterwards, on the 2°"
<br />;' day of February, 2009, caused an execution to issue out of said Court on said judgment for the
<br />amount of said judgment, interest and costs, which, for want of goods and chattels belonging to
<br />Jose I3etancourt whereon to levy, was, on the 9'h day of June, 2009, duly levied by the sheriff of
<br />said county upon the lands and tenements hereinafter described as the property of said Jose
<br />Betancourt; after having given notice of the time and place of said sale by advertisement, as
<br />required bylaw, for more than thirty days prior thereto, said sheriff,. at the time and place
<br />mentioned in said advertisement, offered said lands and tenements for sale at public auction, and
<br />sold the same to Robert Lees (Nice Homes) for the sum of $3,000.00, he being the highest bidder
<br />therefor. Said sale was thereupon reported to said Court and on the 15`" day of July, 2009, was
<br />by said Court carefully examined and duly confirmed, and the sheriff of said county was
<br />thereupon ordered to make to said Robert Lees (Nice Homes), the purchaser, a deed in fee simple
<br />far said lands and tenements.
<br />Now, therefore, inconsideration of the premises and of the sum of $3,000.00, so bid and paid as
<br />aforesaid, I, Jerry Watson, sheriff of L-~all County, do hereby grant and convey unto the said Robert lees
<br />(Nice Homes), his heirs and assigns forever, the lands and tenements so as aforesaid sold, to wit;
<br />Undivided 1/3 interest in I_ot 6, Block 75, Oribinal Town of Grand Island, as surveyed, platted
<br />and recorded in 1=ia11 County, Nebraska a/k/a a 10 E 1 s' St, Gr;tnd Island, NE G8801.
<br />To have and to held said real estate ,with all the appurtenances thereto belonging to the said Robert Lees
<br />( Nice Homes), his heirs and assigns forever.
