<br />and TAMMY LAHOWETZ owe Lender the principal sum of Sixteen Thousand Five Hundred Slxty-one and
<br />S5/100 Dollars (U.5. $16,561.55), which is evidenced by the note, consumer loan agreement, or similar writing
<br />dated the same date as this Security Instrument (the "Note"), which provides for monthly payments ("Periodic
