<br />DEED OF RECUNVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed dated July 23, 2009 and executed by Shelly R. Russell, a married person, f/k/a Shelly R.
<br />Buller, now known as Shelly R. Vlach, a married person, and Todd R. Russell, her spouse, as Trustor, in
<br />which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument #0200906230 at the Register of Deed's office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on the 29`I' day of July, 2009
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lots Ten (10) and Twelve (12), Block Fourteen (14), in University Place, an Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, IIa11 County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such. Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 11 ~~' day of December, 2009.
