S. Bank, N. A. <br /> ("Refinancer"). <br />Bank is the beneficiary under a deed of trust (the "Junior Deed of Trust") dated <br />November 3, 2009, granted by Derek Ledgerwood and Jody Ledgerwood, husband and <br />wife ("Borrower"), and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, on November 13, 2009, as Instrument No. 200909002, encumbering the real <br />property described therein (collectively, the "Property"). Refinancer is the beneficiary <br />under a deed of trust (the "senior Deed of Trust") dated 7 ~e ~m~.(L °I , 20 C~ , <br />granted by the Borrower, and recorded in the same office on <br />1 , 20 ~, as ~- <br />encumbering the property.
