Morales, husband and wife, Trustors under a <br />Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on November 30, <br />2007 as Instrument No. 0200710067, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real estate, <br />to-wit: <br />Lot Faur (4), Block Fifteen (15), Rollins Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust.
