<br />Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated October 31. 1997, and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book N/A Page N/A or Instrument Number 97-109237, re-recorded 97-
<br />109540 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE
