Zichek, Trustee of the Shannon E. Zichek Revocable Trust Dated 10/14/05, as Trustor, and; Deed of Trust No. 0200507603 dated 07/29/05 and filed 08/05/06 given by McNelis Development, LLC and Meldor, LLC, as Trustors; And Wherein, Pinnacle Bank, of Central City, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary. Pinnacle Bank, of Central City, Nebraska hereby gives notice that a breach of the above obligations far which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they became due. Yau are hereby notified that because of such default, the indebtedness secured by said Deeds of Trust as set forth in Note Na. 228336 dated 07/14/2006 and Note No- #234104 dated 05/28/2008 is accelerated and as of December 2, 2009 is as follows: For Note #228336, the balance due is $632,27495 plus interest at $125.4069/day thereafter. For Nate #234104, the balance due is $305,511.18 plus interest at $60.4598/day thereafter. You are further notified that because of such default, the undersigned has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligations under said Deeds of Trust and Promissory Notes. The trust property affected is shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
