Zichek, Trustee of the Shannon E. Zichek Revocable Trust Dated 10/14/05, as Trustor, <br />and; <br />Deed of Trust No. 0200507603 dated 07/29/05 and filed 08/05/06 given by McNelis <br />Development, LLC and Meldor, LLC, as Trustors; <br />And Wherein, Pinnacle Bank, of Central City, Nebraska, is named as Beneficiary. <br />Pinnacle Bank, of Central City, Nebraska hereby gives notice that a breach of the above <br />obligations far which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of <br />such breach is the Trustor's failure to make debt payments as they became due. <br />Yau are hereby notified that because of such default, the indebtedness secured by said <br />Deeds of Trust as set forth in Note Na. 228336 dated 07/14/2006 and Note No- #234104 <br />dated 05/28/2008 is accelerated and as of December 2, 2009 is as follows: <br />For Note #228336, the balance due is $632,27495 plus interest at $125.4069/day <br />thereafter. <br />For Nate #234104, the balance due is $305,511.18 plus interest at $60.4598/day <br />thereafter. <br />You are further notified that because of such default, the undersigned has elected to <br />sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligations under said Deeds of Trust <br />and Promissory Notes.
