<br />That a Deed of Trust was made and entered into on or about December 19, 2008, by and
<br />between SHARI L. HORN, a single woman, as Trustor, and FARMERS AND
<br />MERCHANTS BANK of Milligan,, Nebraska, Beneficiary, wherein, FARMERS AND
<br />MERCHANTS BANK of Milligan, Nebraska, was named Successor Trustee. This Deed of
<br />Trust was recorded December 24, 2008 in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska (Hall County Document #0200810370).
<br />Hereinafter the Successor Trustee, Farmers and Merchants Bank of Milligan, Nebraska,
<br />will be referred to as GRANTOR.

<br />County, Nebraska;
<br />To have and to hold the above-described premises together with all tenements,
<br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the GRANTEE, and to the
<br />GRANTEE'S successors and assigns forever.
<br />GRANTOR does hereby covenant with the GRANTEE and with the GRANTEE' S
<br />successors and assigns:
<br />(1) That Shari L. Horn, as Trustor, failed to pay the indebtedness of a promissory

<br />declaze the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon, at once immediately
<br />due and payable by written notice to Shari L. Horn.
