McCumber, Successor Trustee of the Bernadine M. ~- <br />McCumber Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated December 17, 1992, as amended, pursuant ~ <br />to Section 30-38,103 of the Nebraska Uniform Trust Code, hereby certifies as follows: <br />1. Prior to her death, Bernadine M. McCumber, as settlor, created the Bernadine M. <br />McCumber Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated December 17, 1992, as amended, (the <br />"Living Trust") and was serving as Trustee of the Living Trust; <br />2. Bernadine M. McCumber died on January 26, 2009; <br />3. Pursuant to the terms of the Living Trust, Wilbur J. McCumber is the currently <br />acting Successor Trustee of the Living Trust and is the only currently acting trustee; <br />4. At the time of the death of Bernadine M. McCumber, the Living Trust was the <br />record owner of the following-described real property located in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Tract 1: All of Lot One (1) and the Westerly Thirty (W30) Feet of Lot Two (2), <br />McCumber Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska; and <br />Tract 2: Lot Sixty-Eight (58), in West Heights Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />S. The Living Trust is irrevocable as of the date of death Bernadine M. McCumber; <br />6. The State of Nebraska is the jurisdiction under which the Living Trust was <br />established; and <br />7.
