<br />a single person & Celia L Fuentes, a single_person as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings
<br />Bank as Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />December 10, 1997, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book N/A
<br />Page N/A or Instrument Number 97-110510 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to
