<br />That a Deed of Trust was made and entered into on or about 9/15/2006, by Michael T. Mann and Robin
<br />M. Mann, husband and wife, as Trustor, and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for
<br />First Franklin a division of National City Bank, Beneficiary, wherein Gary D. Byrne, A member of the
<br />Nebraska State Bar Association was named Trustee. This Deed of Trust was recorded 9/I8/2006 in the Records of
<br />the Register of Deeds of HALL, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200608342, in Book xxx at Page xxx.
<br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for First Franklin a division of National
<br />City Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Wells Fargo
<br />Bank, National Association, as trustee for the holders of the First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-FF17
<br />Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-FF17. The Assignment was recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska.
<br />Thomas J. Holthus, Esq. has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of Trustee filed
<br />for record with the Register of Deeds of HALI, County, Nebraska. Hereinafter the Successor Trustee, Thomas J.
<br />Holthus, Esq., will be referred to as GRANTOR.
<br />The GRANTOR in consideration of $73,734.42 and other valuable consideration received from Wells
<br />Fargo Bank, National Association, as trustee for the holders of the First Franklin Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-
<br />FF17 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-FF17
<br />hereinafter GRANTEES, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and conform unto GRANTEES the following
<br />described real property in HALL County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Three (3) and the East Seventeen (17) feet of Lot Four (4), Block E, in MacColl and Leflang's Second Addition to the
<br />Village of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging unto the GRANTEES, and to the GRANTEES' successors and assigns forever.
<br />GRANTOR does hereby covenant with the GRANTEES and with the GRANTEES' successors and assign:
<br />(1) That Michael T. Mann and Robin M. Mann, husband and wife, as Trustor, failed to pay the
<br />Beneficiary payments which were contractually due, and the GRANTOR, at the request of the Beneficiary, elected
<br />to declare the entire unpaid principle balance, together with interest thereon, at once immediately due and payable.
<br />(2) That a Notice of Default was recorded by GRANTOR on 8/T~}/2009, In instrument # 200906751, in Book
