<br />described property would be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified or
<br />cashier's check in the lower lobby of the Ha11 County Courthouse, Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska at 10:00AM on October 26, 2009. Publication of such notice was made For five
<br />consecutive weeks on September 17, 2009, September 24, 2009, October Ol, 2009, October 08,
<br />2009, October 15, 2009 the last publication being at least ten (10) days but not more than thirty
<br />(30) days prior to the date of the sale. That said sale scheduled for October 26, 2009 was
<br />postponed pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. X76-1009 by public declaration to November 10,
<br />2009.
<br />A copy of such notice of the time and place of sale was thereafter mailed to all parties
<br />entitled to notice pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Section 76-1008 R.R.S.
<br />Nebraska.
<br />Pursuant to said Notice of Trustee's Sale, Hunter Campbell, on behalf of Thomas J..
<br />Young, Successor Trustee, did at the time and place mention in said Notice of Trustee's Sale,
<br />offer said property for sale at public auction, and. sold the same to Grantee for the sum of
<br />THIRTY THOUSAND AND 00/100 ($30,000.00), it being the highest bidder therefor.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of THIRTY
<br />THOUSAND AND 00/100 ($30,000.00) so bid and paid as aforesaid I, Thomas J. Young,
<br />Successor Trustee, do hereby grant and convey unto said Deutsche Bank National. Trust
<br />Company, as Trustee in trust for the benefit of the Certificateholders for Quest Trust 2006-X2,
<br />Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2006-X2, all the estate, right, title and. interest of which Gerald
<br />D. Ruschrraaaan, and their successors in interest, were seized or possessed at the time said Deed of
<br />Trust was given or at any time thereafter in and to the premises sold as aforesaid to wit:
<br />THE SOUTHERLY 66 FEET OF FRACTIONAL LOTS 1 AND 2, IN
<br />FRACTIONAL BLOCK 38, CHARLES WASMER'S ADDITION TO THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. AND ITS
<br />COMPLEMENT BEING FRACTIONAL LOT 1 IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK 3,
<br />IN WINDOLPH'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />To have and to hold said real estate, with all the appurtenances thereto belonging to
<br />Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee in trust for the benefit of the
<br />Certificateholders for Quest Trust 2006-X2, Asset Backed Certificates, Series 2006-X2.
