Baack, Attorney at Law, Successor Trustee under a certain <br />Deed of Trust dated February 16, 1994, wherein Bryan R. Phelps and Karen A. Phelps, Husband <br />and Wife, are the Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, on February 16, 1994, as Instrument No. 94-101378, and contains as <br />trust property the following-described real estate: <br />LOT FIVE (5) PLEASANT VIEW 10TH SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, as well as all replacements <br />and additions, which were referred to in that Deed of Trust as the "Property", hereby gives notice <br />of default of said Trustors for the reason that said Trustars have failed to make the payments of <br />principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated February 16, 1994, <br />owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, THE EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a Federal Savings Bank, now known as <br />EQUITABLE BANK, pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed referred to above, which secures <br />this obligation. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) 5S: <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />~- <br />By~ ~.. <br />rend R.
