<br />PATHWAY BANK, A NEBRASKA BANKING CORPORATION organized and existing under
<br />the laws of the UNITED STATES GRANTOR, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other
<br />valuable consideration received from Grantee, RODNEY P. MEYER AND GAYLE M. MEYER,
<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE as joint tenants with rights of survivorship and not as tenants in common
<br />conveys to GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201):
<br />LOT FOUR (4), BLOCK TWO (2), SUMMERFIELD ESTATES FOURTH SUBDIVISION,
<br />IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />GRANTOR covenants (jointly and severally, if mare than one) with GRANTEE that GRANTOR:
<br />(1) It warrants that it will defend the title to the above real estate against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons claiming by, through and under grantor, but not otherwise;
<br />(2) That the real estate is free from encumbrances, except easements, restrictions, reservations,
<br />and covenants of record; and
<br />(3) By accepting this Special Warranty Deed, grantee acknowledges that he has had adequate
<br />opportunity to inspect the property conveyed herein as well as all improvements located
<br />thereon. Except as specifically set forth in this Special Warranty Deed this conveyance is
<br />made without warranty or representation, either express or implied and is on an "AS IS" and
<br />"WWCRE IS" basis.
