Construction, LLC, a Nebraska Limited <br /> Liability Company, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as <br /> Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument #0200901620 at the <br /> Register of Deed's office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 4`~' day of March, 2009 <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a <br />written request to recanvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />Lot 'Thirty Three (33) of Larue Third Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, <br />the' undersigned as 'I"rustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand <br />Island, Nebraska this 30`x' day of November, 2009. <br />~~.
