<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee.,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated November 20, 2007 executed by Teri J Fredrickson, Terry
<br />Fredrickson, husband and wife and Roy Fredrickson and Genevieve B Fredrickson, husband
<br />and wife in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as
<br />Document #020071035 on the 12th day of December, 2007, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Paints Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT ONE (1), STEHR'S SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA EXCEPTING A
<br />CERTAIN TRACTS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN WARRANTY DEEDS
<br />RECORDED IN BOOK 98, PAGE 199 AND DOCUMENTS 0200108374 AND 0200108375.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 25th day of 2009.
