<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />William J. Anderson and Angela M. Anderson, husband and wife, Trustors, to The
<br />State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, naw known as Pathway Bank,
<br />Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated November 9th, 2005 in which The State Bank
<br />of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, now known as Pathway Bank, is
<br />Benef ciary, said Deed of Trust being recorded November 16, 2005 as Instrument
<br />Number 200511309 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original
<br />stated indebtedness of $100,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said
<br />beneficiary have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally
<br />described as follow:
<br />Lot One (1) Jensen Acres Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
