<br /> THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Thomas C.
<br /> Reisdorph and Kathleen A. Reisdorph, Husband and Wife to. TierOne Bank, successor to United
<br /> Nebraska Bank (by merger), Trustee and Beneficiary, dated June 11, 1996, and recorded June 11, 1996 in

<br /> been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
