Friesen, <br />it's authorized officer as wstee under the wst deed dated 07-17-2009 executed by Jamie A. Hadenfeldt <br />and Heather D. Hadenfeldt, as husband and wife as trustors, in which Town & Country Bank is named as <br />beneficiary, and said corporation, as trustee, and recorded July 20, 2009 as instrument 0200905924 in Hall <br />County, State of Nebraska, has received from Town & Country Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written <br />request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and that the <br />Beneficiary has requested a reconveyance of all of the property to the Trustors. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such wst deed, the <br />said corporation, Town & Country Sank, by and through it's authorized officer, as trustee, does hereby <br />reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, namely: Jamie A. Hadenfeldt and <br />Heather D.
