Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />eXeCUted by TODD DAVID GALLIQN, AN UNMARRIED PERSON, aS trustar, to Earl D. <br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, far the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA THE <br />EQUITABLE BUILDING AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND as Beneficiary, <br />dated SEPTEMBER 3d, 1994, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HAIL <br />County, Nebraska as Document No. 94-ios125, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has <br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as <br />confirmed by its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee recanveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
