Ahlschwede, Attarney, as Trustee, <br />dated SEPTEMBER 9, 2002, and recorded SEPTEMBER 1G, 2002, in the Office of the <br />Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200209804 regarding <br />the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust <br />eXeCUted by DAVID W KUTSCHKAU AND SUSAN M KUTBCHSAU, HUSBAND AND WIFE, aS trustar, t0 <br />Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK FKA <br />EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND as Beneficiary, dated <br />SEPTEMBER 9, 2002, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, <br />Nebraska as Document No. 200209804, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has <br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as <br />confirmed by its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person ar persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
