WITNESSETH: MMMAS, Grantor is the owner of the following described real estate located in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit- See attached Exhibit "A'; and WHEREAS, Grantee are or will become the owner of the hollowing described real estate located in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit: See attached Exhibit "W; and WHEREAS, a sewer line commencing on Grantee's property and continuing through the Grantor's property is utilized by both the Grantee and the Grantor and is more particularly delineated on the attached Exhibit "C"; and WHEREAS. Grantor is agreeable to giving an casement for ingress and egress to Grantee for the purposes of maintenance, repair, and replacement of the sewer line together with the right to utilize vehicles of any kind and description to fully implement said easement for the purposes set forth herein. NOW, TBERE SORE, in consideration of the xmtaLs herein (which are hereby incorporated and made a part hereof by reference) and other good and valuable consideration, the parties agree as follows: 1. Grantor grants to Grantee an easement for ingress and egress along and to said sewer line for purposes of maintenance, repai4 and replacement of said sewer line, together with the right to utilization of vehicles of any kind and description to fully implement the terms of the easement granted hereunder. I The cost of any maintenance, repair and replacement of the sewer line from the Grantee's residence to the Grantor's residence shall be borne by the Grantee.
