JELINEK AND DONALD LEE JELINEK, wife and husband, <br />each in her and his own right, herein called the Grantors, in <br />consideration of ONE DOLLAR (1.00) received from Grantees, do <br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto DONALD LEE JELINEK <br />AND SHARON H.
