~UO9O911~ <br />ADDENDUM # 1. <br />Approved by Pawnee Business Council Resolution #09-49 on August 27, 2009: <br />OPTION TO TERMINATE <br />Tenant, or the Personal Representative or heirs of the Estate of Tenant, shall have <br />the right, on thirty days' written notice to Landlord, to terminate this Lease and thereby be <br />released from payment of the rental or other payments required under the terms of this <br />~~ Lease for the balance of the term, on the death or the permanent and total disability of <br />Tenant during the term hereof. <br />The failure of Tenant's Personal representative or heirs to exercise this option to <br />terminate the Lease on Tenant's death shall result in a continuation of this Lease under the <br />same terms and conditions, and Tenant's Personal Representative or heirs shall beeome <br />personally liable to the Landlord for all rights, duties, and liabilities required by this Lease <br />until expiration of the term hereof. <br />,~ <br />THE PAWNEE NATION OF OKLAHOMA, <br />
