<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:

<br />DALE L SKOW AND SHIRLEY SKOW A/K/A SHIRLEY M SKOW, HUSBAND AND
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />NOVEMBER 1 1999 recorded NOVEMBER 10 1999 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in. DOCUMENT
<br />#0099110878 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered; ALSO RELEASING AN EXTENSION AGREEMENT
<br />DATED JANUARY 25, 2000 AND RECORDED JANUARY 26, 20001N DOC # 0200000706;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through
<br />said Trust Deed in the fallowing described premises, but only as to such premises

<br />SEVEN ('7') AND THE SOUTH THIRTY-FOUR AND TWENTY-FIVE HUNDREDTHS (34.25) FEET OF LOT FIVE
<br />(5), ALL IN BLOCK SEVEN (7), OF UNIVERSITY PLACE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
