BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated September <br />15, 2009, and recorded September 15, 2009 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200907502, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing <br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the <br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and <br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or <br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises; <br />Part of the East One Half of the southeast Quarter of Section Twenty (20) in Township Eleven <br />(I 1) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th PM, Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly <br />described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of Lot One (1), Block Five (5), Bel <br />Air Addition, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska; running southeasterly along and <br />upon the West lot line as extended, of said lot fora distance of 126 feet; thence running <br />southwesterly on a line parallel with the south line of Del Monte Avenue fora distance of 88 feet; <br />thence running northwesterly on a line parallel with the West lot line of Lot 1, Block 5, in said <br />Bel Air Addition fora distance of 126 feet to the south line of Del Monte Avenue; thence running <br />northeasterly on and upon the South line of Del Monte Avenue fora distance of 8$ feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br />together with all building, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises. <br />Dated this ~~' <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />SS <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />day of November, 2009. <br />f,, <br />Trustee Arend R.
