<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY (i<7VEN that an the _~_~__ day of November, 2009, CitiMortgage, Inc., as
<br />the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Tammy Jo
<br />Johnson, as the defendant, the object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to
<br />foreclose a deed of trust executed by Tammy Jo Johnson, marital status unknown, to First American Title
<br />Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as
<br />Nominee for CitiMortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real estate
<br />hereinafter described of the above-named defendant, to obtain an order for the sale of the real estate
<br />hereinafter described for the satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such deed of trust and to obtain
<br />other equitable relief; that such deed of trust is dated February 23, 2007, and was recorded on March 6,
<br />2007, as Instrument No. 0200701710 in the ofi-ice of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />conveyed to such beneficiary the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-
<br />wit:
<br />Lot 4, Block 4, George Loan's Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. Situated in Hall County in the State of Nebraska;
<br />and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the plaintiff by written assignment
