<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the ~_ day of November, .20II9, Citill~ortgage, ~nE.; as
<br />the plaintiff, filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Cary J. Carstens,
<br />Kimberly R. Carstens, Shane A. Carstens, Laura M. Carstens and General Collection Company, as the
<br />defendants, the object and prayer of such Complaint being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed of
<br />trust executed by Cory J. Carstens and Kimberly R. Carstens, husband and wife, Shane A. Carstens, a
<br />married person and Laura Carstens, to First American Title Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as Nominee for CitiMortgage, Inc.,
<br />Beneficiary, to foreclose any interest in or lien upon the real estate hereinafter described of the above-
<br />named defendants, to obtain an order for the sale of the real estate hereinafter described for the
<br />satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such deed of trust and to obtain other equitable relief; that
<br />such deed of trust is dated April 29, 2008, and was recorded on April 30, 2008, as Instrument No.
<br />0200803674 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and conveyed to such
<br />beneficiary the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />Lot Nine (9), Pleasant View Tenth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />and that such deed of trust was sold, transferred, and assigned to the plaintiff by written assignment
<br />recorded on October 23, 2009 as Instrument No. 0200908482 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
